Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Some products will have a 25% restocking fee if the item is used as the item will have to be sent back to the manufacturer. We will provide a shipping label for return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please reach out to us at info@globalyachtsupply.com if you have any questions on warranty or return policies on specific items.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Orders over $65 ship free when shipped in the continental United States. All other orders in the continental United States have a flat shipping fee of $6.99. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Please note that there are restrictions on shipping certain products and brands internationally. Some products cannot be shipped to certain regions. Please email us at info@globalyachtsupply.com if you would like more information on shipping specific items to any region outside of the United States and we can provide assistance.
